To ensure a smooth process, make sure to place your order and complete the payment by Wednesday before the Sunday delivery. This allows ample time for grocery shopping, typically done around Friday

HELLO!
I’m Nida Emran, a proud kitchen adventurer with roots in Palestine and a heart that’s settled in Chicago. I arrived in the U.S. when I was just seven, and some of my happiest childhood memories involve waking up to the comforting scents of my mom’s kitchen—her freshly baked bread and delicious pies were the stuff of weekend dreams.
My professional journey began in the buttoned-up world of insurance, but after my kids came along, I craved a gig that let me hang out with them more. Enter my career as a nanny, where I mixed fun with flavors, cooking up storms for the little ones I cared for. It didn’t take long for me to realize that food and childcare are the perfect ingredients for a joy-filled career.
Now, I’m living my best life in Chicago with my husband and our three beautiful kids, whipping up culinary magic in the happiest corner of our home—the kitchen. My cooking is a merry dance of flavors from the Middle East, India, Mexico, and the U.S., a true melting pot of the cultures I adore. The idea for Nida’s Neat Kitchen bubbled up with a little nudge (okay, a big push) from my husband (Tony) and my beautiful kids. Especially my daughter Sadie who is my sous chef, my son Chance who is my taste tester (lets his mama know if it doesn’t taste good) and heaps of cheerleading from friends like Amber. What started as a playful “what if” has turned into a thriving meal service that sprinkles a bit of joy on everyday dining. At Nida’s Neat Kitchen, we’re all about dishing out happiness. Each meal is a tribute to my heritage, a celebration of global tastes, and, most importantly, a creation from the heart. Whether it’s a vibrant Middle Eastern feast, a zingy Indian curry, a festive Mexican fiesta, or a classic American spread, every dish promises a little party on your plate.
Food, for me, is about more than just sustenance—it’s about sharing love, creating memories, and bringing people together. My dream? To fill as many plates as possible with these joyful creations.
